Sam's Shining Moment

As most Tuesdays do, this one started out at the very ordinary level. I slept in, showered and then prepared to meet the rather mundane yet at the same time exciting activity known as the Registry Office. Then the day got interesting.
I met Sam outside at the front of the school around 10:45 and hopped into the car ready to go. (If there's one thing you should know about Sam, it's this: she is a terribly horrible driver.) Once you know that, then you can appreciate the amount of courage that I find when forced to climbed into a vehicle with her at the wheel.
We made a quick stop to pick up Michelle and then made our way over to the court house to prepare for a riveting search of lands. The conversation in the car was normal, just three friends hanging out.
Then the day got awesome.
We drove along just minding our own business', Sam's car rattling like it does from its old age. She attempted to stop her old car at a yellow light and ended up running a red from lack of efficiently working brakes.
However, Sam's shining moment was when she didn't stop at a stop sign and got pulled over.
We're just driving down the road towards the court house, oh look, there's Timmies ahead. Sam doesn't stop at a four-way stop sign and the most lucky police officer in the city happens to be stopped at said four-way stop sign. He pulls us over, and Sam gets all flustered looking for her insurance and what not. Not only did he comment on her inability to realize that "yes, that was a stop sign," he also kindly points out that she doesn't have a license plate on the front of her vehicle. Good work Sam.
This morning makes this the greatest day of the whole week.

Drive smart people, this is t-bear signing off
