Cable Television

If there is one thing in college that will be the time consumer of all time consumers it's Cable Television. Not growing up with all these wonderful channels will be the downfall in my trying to be successful career as a student.
People claim that going to college is a difficult adjustment for many reasons:
1. The freshman 15
2. The work load
3. The tight budget

First of all, I think I'll lose weight rather than gain it this year. I have been eating healthily, getting my daily walk across the lot from rez to the main building and forcing myself to climb the four flights of stairs to my room rather than take the unreliable elevator.
Secondly, I listen in class and almost get carpal tunnel writing my notes so fast. I also get major headaches trying to concentrate on and remember all the information being constantly added to my brain. The problem isn't understanding the information, it's remembering it. I'm working on the concentrate and do your homework part and it's not going unnecessarily bad.
Thirdly, osap decided to hold the money they said they were going to give me and now I'm down to my last dollars. I have till Wednesday to get the money or they lied about when they were going to give it to me. I'm practising my patience and working really hard to not go to the grocery store because I know if I do, I won't get out without buying stuff.

These things have made my college experience less than helpful at times but they are still nothing compared to the amount of time I spend watching my tv. I feel a much needed intervention in the near future!

Be kind to one another, this is t-bear signing off
